VERARUS Affiliate Program Terms

These terms set out the conditions under which Partners (referred to below as "Party B") participate in the affiliate program (the "Program") operated by VERARUS (referred to below as "the Company" or "Party A").

Please review these terms and our Privacy Policy before applying to the Program. You may not participate unless you agree to them.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Party B promotes Party A's product "VERARUS" on its own media and other channels. When the performance milestones set by Party A are achieved, Party A pays Party B performance-based compensation.

Article 2 (Activities)

Participants will wear the Company's shoes and post on social media.
Content, style, frequency, and platform are free to choose, but participants must contact the Company's support@verarus.com before posting so that we can amplify and verify the post.

Article 3 (Compensation)

Compensation will be calculated based on the metrics specified by the Company (such as referral sales attributed to the participant via designated tracking links or coupon codes). Specific commission rates and payment terms will be communicated separately.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

The following acts are prohibited:

  • False or exaggerated representations about the product
  • Acts that infringe the rights of third parties or violate laws or regulations
  • Acts that harm the brand image of the Company
  • Posts that violate the guidelines of each platform (Stealth marketing rules, advertising regulations, etc.)
  • Self-purchases or fraudulent transactions for the purpose of earning compensation

Article 5 (Termination)

If a participant violates these terms or engages in conduct that the Company deems inappropriate, the Company may terminate participation immediately, withhold compensation, and seek damages.

Article 6 (Confidentiality)

Participants must not disclose to any third party any information they learn through participation in the Program (including but not limited to information about products, sales results, and operating policies). This obligation continues after the participant ceases to participate.

Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may change these terms when it considers it necessary. The amended terms take effect when posted on this site. Continued participation after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
