Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges for Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is defective or faulty, we will accept an exchange, return, or refund within 7 days of the shipping date. Exchanges, returns, and refunds are only available when the item is in unused condition, with the outer box and all accessories (including the delivery slip) intact and unremoved. Please note that we cannot provide compensation beyond the refund itself.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns of incomplete items.
Exchanges are only available if the requested item is in stock. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
For exchanges, returns, or refunds due to defects or faults, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date. Please also ship the affected item to our designated address within 14 days of the shipping date (including the shipping date itself).
Please note that we may not accept claims of defects or faults if the issue is reported after the deadlines above.
About Cancellations
As we begin order processing immediately after your purchase, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or modifications to your order due to customer reasons after the order is placed. Please confirm size, color, and shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Long-term Absence / Refusal to Receive
If a package is returned to us due to a long-term absence, refusal to receive the package, or any similar reason, customers will bear the return shipping cost as well as the reshipping cost. Please understand in advance.
