Size Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges when the following conditions are met.

① Try-on must be done only in a home environment without wearing outdoor shoes
② The product must be in the same condition as when delivered
③ Try-on must be done without direct contact with skin
④ Exchange request must be made within 20 days of shipment
※ Return shipping costs to us are the customer's responsibility.

【We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases】

※ More than 20 days have passed since shipment
※ The desired size is out of stock (you will need to wait for the next restock)
※ Orders from outside Japan
※ Product has been worn outdoors, altered, washed, etc.
※ Product or accessories have been damaged or lost
※ Products with odors, dirt, scratches, or wrinkles caused by the customer
※ Purchases made outside the VERARUS official website
※ Products listed as "non-returnable/non-exchangeable" on the product page

・Size exchange eligibility is determined solely based on our quality inspection results.
・If an exchange is deemed ineligible, the product will be returned to you at your expense (if you refuse return, we will dispose of the product).
・For second and subsequent exchange requests on the same order, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please understand this in advance.
