Size Exchange Policy (English)

Size Exchange (Japan Only)
Size exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Japan.
Orders shipped outside Japan are not eligible for size exchanges.

If you meet all of the conditions below, we will exchange the size free of charge:

1. Try-on must be indoors only, and on a floor where shoes are not worn (no outdoor/dirty surfaces).

2. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

3. The item must not have had direct contact with bare skin.

4. The try-on must be completed within 20 days from the purchase date.

How to Request a Size Exchange
Please follow the steps from the “Size Exchange” menu in our official LINE account.

We cannot accept size exchanges in the following cases:

• More than 20 days have passed since delivery

• The requested size is out of stock (you will need to wait until the next restock)

• Orders shipped outside Japan

• The item has been worn outdoors, altered, or washed

• The product or accessories are damaged or missing

• The item has unpleasant odors, stains, scratches, or wrinkles that occurred while in the customer’s possession

• Purchases made outside the official VERARUS website

• Items marked “No returns or exchanges” on the product page

Inspection and Return Shipping
Acceptance of a size exchange will be determined solely based on our inspection.
If we determine that the item is not eligible for exchange, it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Second and Subsequent Exchanges
Please note that from the second exchange request onward, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
