Size Exchange Policy

We will accept size exchanges with free shipping when the following conditions are met:

1. Try-on must be done indoors in a clean environment, without walking outside in the shoes.
2. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
3. Try-on must be done with socks or otherwise without direct skin contact.
4. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a size exchange, please apply through the "Size Exchange" option in our official LINE menu.

One free size exchange is allowed per order (including round-trip shipping). For any subsequent exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

If we are unable to provide the replacement size due to stock availability, we will refund the original order in full.

Note: Insoles, shoelaces, and gift wrapping are not eligible for size exchanges.
