VERARUS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions under which the Services defined in Article 2 are provided and the rights and obligations between us and you, the user. Please read these Terms in full before using the Services, as your use indicates your agreement to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Services, defining the relationship between us and users. Internal rules, guidelines, and notices we may post in connection with the Services form part of these Terms.

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

We are not liable for any damages arising out of the User's use of the Services, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to the Services)

We may, at our discretion, change the contents of the Services or discontinue the Services without prior notice to users. We are not liable for any damages caused thereby.

Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary, without notifying users. The amended Terms will take effect from the time they are posted on this site.

Article 10 (Notification or Communication)

Notifications or communications between us and users will be made in the manner we specify.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign their contractual position under these Terms or any rights or obligations arising therefrom to a third party, or pledge them as security, without our prior written consent.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office in the first instance.
