Shipping Fee: Free anywhere in Japan (please contact us individually for shipments outside Japan).

Payment Timing:
Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: please refer to each provider.
Paidy (pay later):

• Monthly charges are closed at the end of each month and invoiced on the 1st of the following month. We notify you by email and SMS by the 5th.
• You can pay by convenience-store cash payment, bank transfer, or direct debit. Convenience-store payment is by the end of the 10th of the same month.

Delivery Time: For in-stock items, orders typically arrive within 3 days of purchase. For out-of-stock or pre-order items, please refer to the shipping schedule shown below the size selector.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Due to Customer Reasons

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons. Please confirm size, color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges for Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date. We will accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for items in unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
