Shipping Method and Delivery Time

The shipping method is determined by us and, as a rule, cannot be selected by the customer.
We do not generally accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

For items in stock, orders typically arrive within 3 days of purchase completion.
*1: Delays may occur depending on shipping conditions.
*2: For out-of-stock sizes or pre-order items, shipping may take additional time. Please confirm the shipping schedule shown below the size selector before placing your order.

The above applies to shipments within Japan. For shipments outside of Japan, please contact us individually.

 

Long-term Absence / Refusal to Receive

After shipment, the carrier holds undelivered packages for 7 days from the first delivery attempt. If you receive an absence notice, please contact the nearest carrier branch listed on the notice to arrange redelivery as soon as possible. If a package is returned to us due to a long-term absence or refusal to receive, the customer will bear the reshipping costs.
